These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Deep Into China website and booking of travel experiences. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Deep Into China provides curated travel experiences in China, including but not limited to:
- Multi-day guided tours and experiences
- Accommodation arrangements
- Transportation services
- Cultural activities and wellness experiences
All experiences are designed for international travelers and include English-speaking guides.
2. Booking Process
2.1 Making a Booking
To book an experience, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity
- Accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy
2.2 Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed when:
- We receive your completed booking form
- Payment is successfully processed
- You receive a booking confirmation email from us
The booking confirmation email constitutes a binding contract between you and Deep Into China.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Prices
- All prices are listed in USD
- Prices include accommodations, guided experiences, and specified meals
- International flights and visa fees are not included unless explicitly stated
- We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations or unforeseen cost increases
3.2 Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking
- Payment is processed securely through Airwallex
- We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about cancellations and refunds.
5. Travel Requirements
5.1 Passport and Visa
- You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents
- China offers visa-free entry for many nationalities (15-30 days) - verify your eligibility
- Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates
5.2 Health and Safety
- You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect your participation
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended
- You are responsible for obtaining necessary vaccinations
6. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to:
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Government restrictions or safety concerns
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
In such cases, we will provide comparable alternatives or partial refunds as appropriate.
7. Liability and Responsibility
7.1 Our Responsibility
We are responsible for:
- Providing services as described in your booking confirmation
- Ensuring reasonable care in selecting service providers
- Providing support during your travel experience
7.2 Limitations
We are not liable for:
- Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events
- Actions of third-party service providers beyond our control
- Personal injury or loss due to your own negligence
- Delays or cancellations by airlines or other transportation providers
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
8. Traveler Conduct
You agree to:
- Respect local customs, laws, and regulations
- Follow instructions from guides and local authorities
- Behave respectfully toward other travelers and local communities
- Not engage in illegal activities
We reserve the right to terminate your participation without refund if your conduct is deemed inappropriate or dangerous.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and itineraries, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your booking shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between parties
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. For international disputes, we agree to international arbitration.
12. Changes to Terms
